"In this episode, chef Ruchi Bharani makes a very nutritious and healthy food called Chana Masala which is popularly known as Spicy Chickpea Salad. Ingredients: 1 Cup soaked green or brown Chickpeas 1 Finely Chopped Green Chilli 1 Deseeded & Finely Chopped Onions 1 Small Finely Chopped Tomatoes 1/4 tsp Cumin Seed Powder 1/2 tsp Raw Mango Powder (Aamchur Powder) Coriander Leaves 1/2 tsp Cumin & Coriander seed powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 Lemon Juice 1 tsp Butter Salt Method: - On a heated Pan put 1 tsp of butter and let it melt. - Add Onions and saute it for a minute - Add tomato and green chilies and mix everything well and cook for a minute more - Toss all the ingredients for next 2mins - Add the boiled chickpeas - Add Aamchur, cumin seed powder, red chilli powder, coriander and cumin seed powder, salt, lemon juice and coriander and mix everything well. - Plate it and garnish it with coriander leaves and little more lime juice!
