Opposition leader Henrique Capriles makes another impassioned plea for a recount following Venezuela's general election last week. On Saturday, he called for international observers to put pressure on Venezuelan authorities. The call comes after electoral officials declared President Nicolas Maduro the winner of the April 14th poll. He won by 2 percent. (SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) SANDRA OBLITAS, VICE PRESIDENT OF THE NATIONAL ELECTORAL COUNCIL SAYING: "This audit is not a recount of the votes nor is the objective to review the results. The votes, which are the expression of sovereignty by the Venezuelan people that were pronounced on Sunday and which are in the voting machines, here we gave the results on April 14 which are irreversible." Capriles claims his camp actually won the election by 300,000 votes but could not clinch the presidency due to widespread voter fraud.
