The international war crimes tribunal in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, will next week begin its second trial of the surviving leaders from the Khmer Rouge movement. Part of the case against those leaders comes from a UN-backed tribunal investigation into six sites where the Khmer Rouge imposed a regime of forced labour. One of those is a largely abandoned airfield in central Cambodia, outside the provincial capital of Kampong Chhnang.
