Google honors the American author and humorist Mark Twain. The doodle shows three scene with two boys. They are inspired by Twains most famous figures: Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sawyer. Seems that they want to overpaint the Google logo.Mark Twain was born in 1835 in Missouri. When he was four, his family moved to a port town on the Mississippi River. The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (1876), and Huckleberry Finn (1885) are located in this scenery. William Faulkner called Twain "the father of American literature".Happy Birthday, Mark Twain.Thumbs up if you like the "Mark Twain Google Doodle" :-)music: "Five Card Shuffle" performed by Kevin MacLeod ( ) Please donate for him if you like his music.More information: (german)
