Bleu cheese crumblesTsp. chopped garlicSalt and pepperFresh chopped rosemary for garnish10-12 mini tartlet shells- puff pastry or phylloProcedure: saut onions over medium low heat in butter until they begin to brown. Add garlic, salt, pepper and thyme. Cook for about 4 more minutes. Turn off heat and add bleu cheese crumbles stirring to incorporate. Let onion mixture cool, fill cups and garnish with chopped rosemary.
